Presentation Description: Jacobs recently completed a comprehensive utility master plan, focusing on the conversion of steam to hot water while also incorporating capacity expansion to meet future demands, Jacobs is supporting Baylor in their pursuit of third-party financing as part of a progressive procurement model which allows for technology innovation while working collaboratively to minimize Baylor's impact to debt capacity. The presentation will provide an overview of the UMP, outlining the decision-making process and the ultimate choice to pursue a public-private-partnership. The selected partner should be known by June and may participate in the presentation as well as part of a panel format.

Zack’s infrastructure advisory experience has focused on the energy, higher education and social infrastructure sectors, with a focus on Public–Private Partnership (P3) transactions.
